Cancellation/Refund Policy before allotment
The registration amount for **Madhyam Vargiya Awas Yojna, Sector 28, Rohtak** will be refunded in full within 30 days to the unsuccessful applicants.
If an applicant wishes to withdraw their application before allotment, a written request must be submitted to the office. Upon receipt of the request, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited within 45 days.
In case of cancellation by the developer due to unforeseen circumstances, the applicant will be informed immediately, and a full refund of the registration amount will be processed within 30 days without any deductions.
Applicants are advised to retain a copy of all transaction receipts and correspondence for a smooth refund process.
